The Society has three classes of membership:
(1) Active Membership: Any Catholic lawyer or judicial officer in good standing who is admitted to the practice of law in any State, territory or possession of the United States or in any foreign country shall become an Active Member upon payment of annual dues for the current year, subject to provision 3.2.
(2) Auxiliary Membership: Any non-Catholic lawyer in good standing or any graduate or current student of a law school who has not been admitted to practice in any State, territory or possession of the United States or in any foreign country may upon written application become an Auxiliary Member.
(3) Honorary Membership: Honorary Members may be elected by the Board of Directors and shall have such qualifications as the Board deems appropriate. Persons holding Honorary membership shall have all the rights and privileges of Active Members, except voting and holding office.
